Kevin Hughes

Kevin began his love of fitness at age 7 at the local ‘youth centre’ and by age 16 was coaching the juniors in basic fitness techniques including all forms of gymnastics. Over the past 25 years Kevin has been working in logistics for large corporations, most of this time has been spent with people, coaching, training and motivating them.
With qualifications in Swiss Ball, TRX Suspension Training, Boxing, Bootcamp, Secrets to Recovery and the Complete Body Weight training, Kevin really knows how to get individuals moving and says ‘Gravity sucks! So, let's use it to our advantage. When you work with your own body you can't cheat.......
Motivation is the key to success. I will get you moving in your session and it’s results that will keep you on the straight line to your goal .

 

Tricia Hughes

Tricia is your ultimate exercise avoider. “I don’t like exercise and will avoid it if I can, but I do recognise the need maintain health and to incorporate fitness into everyday life’. Working as an executive in the corporate sector and running a household, my exercise needs to be quick, time efficient and practical. After major knee surgery Tricia developed a fitball program at home  to maintain bodyweight whilst in rehab and found the results so effective the techniques are now taught to others over and over.  Time management is the key to success. Maximising exercises for less work and greater results ensures busy people get results.
